These terms apply when you use vietnamvisawithandrew.com or book a consultation with us. By sending an enquiry or paying for a consultation, you agree to them.

1. About us

Vietnam Visa with Andrew is a private visa consultancy operated by The Terrible Tour Guide Travel Co., Ltd., Business Licence No. 0108048938, R601, No. 2, 84 Tran Quang Dieu Alley, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam. Contact: info@vietnamvisawithandrew.com.

2. What our service is

We provide paid advice about Vietnam visas: explaining visa types and requirements, reviewing your situation, recommending a route and giving you a written checklist.

• We are not a government website and are not affiliated with the Government of Vietnam.
• We do not submit visa applications on your behalf, collect passports, charge government fees or issue visas.
• We do not speed up official processing. Visas are issued only by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
• You apply yourself on the official government portal, thithucdientu.gov.vn, and pay any government fees there directly.
• Our advice is general information about visa rules. It is not legal advice from a licensed lawyer.

3. No guarantee of approval

We give advice based on the information you provide and the rules as we understand them at the time. Visa decisions belong only to the Vietnam Immigration Department, and rules can change without notice. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, processed by a certain date, or that you will be allowed to enter or stay in Vietnam.

4. Prices and payment

• Telling us about your situation is free.
• If we can help, we confirm the price and what is included before you pay. Current prices: Standard Support from USD 45; Priority Support USD 224.
• You pay only after you agree to the price. If we cannot help with your situation, you pay nothing.
• Payment is taken through a secure third-party payment provider. Prices are in US dollars unless we agree otherwise.

5. Refunds

If you have paid and we then find we cannot help with your situation, we refund you in full. Once a consultation has taken place, the fee is not refundable, including where a visa is later refused or delayed by the authorities.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and complete information. Our advice depends on it.
• Check that the information you submit to the government is correct before you send it. You are responsible for your own application.
• Do not send us passport scans or identity documents. We do not need them to give advice.

7. Response times

We aim to reply as soon as possible, usually within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a target, not a guarantee.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by a government decision, changes in visa rules, delays, or inaccurate information you gave us. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid us for the consultation concerned.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it will go to the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on our website at the time you book applies to your consultation.
